Our Parent & Child swim lessons promote water enrichment and aquatic readiness with activities for children six months to three years of age, along with their parent.
The certified swim instructor for this class will be teaching from the pool deck, instructing parents on how to interact socially with their children in an aquatic environment while having fun and beginning the ground work for basic swim skills--including blowing bubbles, jumping in the pool, and playing water games.
Please note, our class size has been lowered to observe proper social distancing.
Prerequisites:
Participating child must be accompanied by a parent or trusted guardian who will be in the pool with the child at all times.
What Do I Need:
Child must wear a swimsuit at all times. A swim diaper or rubber pants are required for any child not fully potty-trained. We recommend a swim shirt to keep your child protected from the sun or cool weather. Please bring a bath or pool toy to use during your class.
