About This Activity

Description

Bike some of the best trails North Atlanta has to offer with the NOC Mountain Bike camp. Camp goers will get to roll along the trails of the Chattahoochee National Recreation Area. Build skills and confidence in trail riding with NOC Bike Guides. This is a two-day camp ideal for beginners and young mountain biking enthusiasts. Age range for participants 12-15. The location of the camp changes daily, and parents are responsible for dropping camper off at the daily location. A supplies and packing list is attached. This is an adventure camp for teens, who want to try something new daily. All the trips are guided trip with NOC staff offering thorough instruction and support.

Day 1: Mountain Biking (Roswell, 203 Azalea Drive, Roswell, GA 30075)
NOC Mountain Biking at Big Creek offers a great time for riders of any level. NOC Guides will outfit each participant with required gear and fit them for their mountain bike. Participants will then begin their mountain biking expedition with NOC bike guides to Big Creek where they will tour and peddle mountain biking terrains suitable for all skill levels.

Day 2: Mountain Biking (Sandy Springs, 5450 Interstate North, Atlanta, GA 30328)
Participants will experience Sope Creek. Sope Creek is one of the most accessible and popular MTB trails near the city of Atlanta. The bottom loop (also known as Cochran Shoals) is intermediate with flowy, hilly, and rocky sections that will be a great place to build on skills learned on day one.
