About This Activity
Description
This course introduces and builds basketball fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting technique, and teamwork using adjustable hoops and age-appropriate equipment to keep the challenge level just right. Through a variety of engaging games and activities, participants develop large motor skills, spatial awareness, and confidence on the court. As the course progresses, drills become more advanced, focusing on agility, performing under pressure, and executing more complex plays like fast breaks, coordinated offense, and defensive strategies.
