About This Activity
Description
This class for teens will introduce more advanced strength and conditioning techniques with a focus on functional fitness and overall athletic development. Teens will learn to use their bodies effectively, with an emphasis on strength, endurance, and injury prevention. The class will involve a mix of bodyweight exercises, light weights, resistance bands, and cardio drills to challenge their bodies in new ways while improving performance in any sport or physical activity.
