About This Activity
For students who have prior American Sign Language experience, this engaging class will focus on fingerspelling, commonly used vocabulary, facial expressions, and body language in more depth. Respectful emphasis will be placed on Deaf history and culture. The goal of this class is to be able to carry on a meaningful conversation with native signers. Prerequisite: Students must have taken at least one summer of Beginning American Sign Language (previously named American Sign Language for Beginners) at Think summer to enroll in this class.
