About This Activity
This class is designed for young ballet dancers with prior ballet experience. Dancers will focus on skill progression, adding to their knowledge of basic ballet fundamentals, extending their ballet vocabulary, and working through the process of learning ballet choreography. Dancers will have the opportunity to perform in Think Summer’s exciting Dance Showcase at the end of the summer. Prerequisite: Dancers must have taken at least one summer of Happily Ever After: Beginning Ballet at Think Summer, or have completed at least six months of ballet at a studio to enroll in this class. Attire: Dancers must wear a black sleeveless leotard (no skirt attachment), pink tights, and pink regulation ballet shoes or white fitted t shirt, black jazz pants, and black canvas or leather ballet shoes.
