About This Activity
Calling all young music makers! In Violin Voyagers, students in grades 4–5 will get hands-on with the violin, learning how to hold the bow, play their first notes, and discover the joy of string music in a fun and welcoming environment. Through games, group music-making, and creative exploration, kids will build confidence and coordination while making beautiful sounds together. No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and get ready to fiddle around! Students must bring a violin to class every day.
