Hands-on Harp II-Skill Builders, will be the next children's harp class in the series that follows the intro harp class Hands on Harp. Previous experience with the harp is required to take this course (either at the Levanta Institute or elsewhere). This class will cover the following skills: playing with two hands, playing with proper fingerings and harp technique, playing songs by ear and learning to read music, creating, improvising, accompanying, performing in large and small groups (for the class), playing solo, and memorizing music. The class is a supportive and fun learning environment for children to build skills together in a team. Harps will be provided for in-class use.
