About This Activity
As students learn the twists and turns of this fun and exciting sport, they will also learn proper body position and technique, practice diving board safety, and incorporate a dryland component to build strength and improve flexibility. Prerequisite: Students must be able to swim confidently in deep water and feel comfortable on the high dive to enroll in this class.
