Previously named Yoga: Let It Flow, students will ease into the present moment in The Gratitude of Yoga. This class in mindfulness is designed to help students slow down and aid in the journey inward through yoga, meditation, and breath work. As students explore a full-spectrum yoga experience, they will begin to develop skills for leading a healthy lifestyle, including goal setting through affirmations, increased mindfulness, improved concentration, self-cofidence, and a more grateful and positive attitude toward life. Students will explore yin yoga, hatha yoga, and BUTI yoga paired with daily gratitude journaling for improved mental health and exploration.
