About This Activity
This class provides students an opportunity to engage in hands-on building activities using LEGO® bricks while exploring various literary genres and cultivating enthusiasm for reading. Working individually and in groups, students will participate in three key areas: constructive LEGO® challenges that encourage collaboration, critical-thinking, and problemsolving; reading sessions that facilitate connections between students’ literary experiences and their LEGO® constructions; and development of storyboards (for younger students) or stop-motion films (for older students) that aim to enhance both literary skills and creative expression.
