About This Activity
In this fun introduction to woodworking, students will learn basic skills while constructing several creative projects – no experience required! Students will learn the importance of woodshop safety, including general protocols for the classroom, and proper use of equipment and power tools. They will also begin to understand the importance of sustainability and the use of renewable resources for carpentry and woodworking. Students must wear closed-toe shoes in this class.
