In this class for more experienced students, yogis will embrace the wisdom of the yin yang energies through yoga practice that alternates daily from BUTI yoga (a somatic movement practice based in vinyasa that embraces other intuitive movement styles like kundalini yoga, strength and conditioning, tribal dance, primal movements, the spiral structure technique, and plyometrics), and yin yoga (a slow and serene style of yoga meant to relax the nervous system and increase flexibility through long holds with the use of props). Prerequisite: Students must have taken at least one summer of Yoga for Beginners: The Gratitude of Yoga (previously named Yoga: Let it Flow or Yoga On & Off the Mat) at Think Summer to enroll in this class.
