About This Activity
Sports Fundamentals introduces students to the essential skills used across a variety of popular sports. Through engaging drills, games, and team activities, campers will practice core athletic skills such as throwing, catching, kicking, dribbling, running, and agility. Students will explore elements of a variety of sports, and other cooperative games while developing coordination, confidence, and an understanding of teamwork and sportsmanship. This active and supportive environment encourages students of all skill levels to build a strong foundation in athletics while enjoying the fun and energy of movement and play.
