Brittany Brandt received her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from West Chester University and her Masters in Music Education from Shenandoah University. She is currently in her ninth year as the lower school general music teacher at Browne Academy. A strong advocate of music for all, she empowers her students to find their strength in music. She believes that through music, students can build upon the core values of the school; excellence, diversity, character, and community. Lessons are a way for students to explore their own unique musical interests and grow in their confidence, skills, and enjoyment of making music. Her professional interests focus on preschool music education, music aptitude, vocal development, empathy and problem solving skills through musical theater, and developing social skills through music experiences.
