---Instructor: Heather Sanderson & Rachel Ames---No two weeks are the same in this fun-filled, stress-free class, where youngsters will experience a variety of activities, including theatre games, improvisations, short scripted plays, and the creation of group stories. The benefits of play are innumerable, including improved cognitive, physical, social, and emotional well-being. This engaging, play-filled environment will also help develop social and verbal skills, build confidence, increase attention span and improve collaborative and communication skills. Extend your time at LTA by adding a musical theatre element and spend 45 minutes learning and rehearsing a musical theatre routine. Singing and dancing reduces stress, releases energy and enables you to stay active in a fun and exciting way! All students must be fully vaccinated and boosted when eligible. Proof of vaccination is required prior to the start of the class. Students will wear masks while in the theatre or Academy buildings, unless performing or presenting, in which case masks are optional. No class October 8.
