About This Activity
As we get ready for the new season, join us in breathing out all your worries. Practice fun yoga moves (each week, we'll have a different theme), learn new breathing techniques, and do some free-flowing dance sessions. Each 'yogi' will be provided with a yoga mat for class, and please wear comfortable bottoms.
