Join Coach Mark Hunkele for RUNdamentals! RUNdamentals is a running camp held in North Park that teaches the fundamentals of running while helping participants improve their fitness and become better runners and athletes.
This week long camp will include dynamic warm-ups, diverse run training, core & agility stations, exciting fitness games and character building lessons. Beginner, intermediate, and experienced runners will benefits from RUNdamentals!
Your kids will enjoy this fun, positive & challenging running camp with knowledgeable, energetic coaches and staff. We will help your child set personal goals and create an action plan to achieve those goals!
Mark is the Head Cross Country and Track and Field Coach for Pine-Richland High School. Mark individualizes coaching and helps his athletes be the best they can be. His teams continue to enjoy great success. Mark is a lifelong runner and has 65 marathons including 16 Boston Marathon and completed 10 Ironman Triathlons.
