What would the world be without paper? Even in an increasingly digital society, paper is essential to our everyday lives, from the post in our mailbox and our school homework to packaging, cleaning materials, wallpaper, billboards, and of course artwork! During Paper Playground, students will explore the many ways of turning ordinary sheets of paper into something magical! From homemade books and zines, collage and assemblage, to paper sculptures and installations, students will work individually and collaboratively on a variety of paper-based projects while also learning about the history of paper and the process of papermaking!Camp Morning and Afternoon Sessions are first come first served.
