This welcoming workshop invites writers of all levels to explore the craft and play of poetry. Through short readings, lively discussion, and guided writing exercises, participants will experiment with rhythm, imagery, and emotion while discovering how sound and structure shape meaning. Whether you’re brand new to poetry or dabble with the form, you’ll leave with several original drafts, new revision techniques, and a deeper appreciation of how poems connect language to feeling. Bring a notebook, an open mind, and a willingness to write.Student will bring own supplies: Paper and writing utensil; alternatively, laptop is acceptable
