About This Activity
Description
Gymnasts are divided into groups based on their age and ability. The gymnasts will learn new skills and techniques for floor, bars, beams, and vault. Gymnasts will also get to use our foam pit to work and develop new skills, bounce and tumble on our trampolines, swing on our rope swing, and more! The emphasis of the class is to have fun, increase strength and flexibility, and gain self-confidence. Attire: Leotard or t-shirt and shorts for girls with hair pulled back with a rubber band; T-shirt and shorts for boys.
