Cubism is an exciting art movement that began in Paris around 1907, created by the talented duo Pablo Picasso and Georges Braque. They wanted to shake things up by stepping away from traditional art techniques, like linear perspective and shading. Instead, Cubism shows objects and animals from different angles, giving a fresh twist to how we see the world. Students will break things down into fun geometric shapes: cubes, spheres, and cones, often using bold colors or cool monochromatic tones. Incorporating collage elements and magazine clippings. We will make each piece a vibrant exploration of how we perceive reality. Join a fascinating journey into art!
