Description
Learn how to sew while making a summer skirt collection. Campers will pick from our collection of skirt designs and fabric. This is a great camp for students who are interested in Fashion Design and Sewing. Campers will learn how to encase elastic to make a waistband, straight stitching, and hemming. Campers will learn how to thread and operate a sewing machine and create a bonus matching accessory. Campers can make 2 skirt variations during this camp.
$40 supply fee due to the instructor on the first day of class.
Fashion camps is not a full-day camp. If you are planning to enroll your child in the afternoon fashion camps during the same week and you wish to leave them at the Arts Center between camps you must register them for the supervised lunch break. To enroll register at # 32161

REFUND POLICYThe Alpharetta Recreation, Parks, and Cultural Services Department is committed to your satisfaction with our programs. We are happy to accommodate transfers or refund requests whenever possible. Camp cancellations must be received by email or phone before Thursday 4:30pm on the week prior to the scheduled start of camp. No transfers or refunds will be issued for cancellations after Thursday 4:30pm.
