Description
Come explore the art of wheel throwing in a small classroom setting dedicated just for kids.
This class is great for young creators wanting to work on the potter's wheel. Instruction will cover the basic steps for creating work on the wheel, including centering, pulling up walls, and simple shaping, with lots of room for fun and play.
Students may keep up to two pieces and can choose from three glaze color options. Trimming, glazing, and firing will be completed outside of class time by the instructor. When the pieces are finished, notifications for pickup will be sent through email (wait time is 6 weeks).
No prior experience necessary.
