About This Activity
Description
Come explore the art of wheel throwing in a small classroom setting.
Great for beginners or those who need a refresher, in this class you will go through the basic steps for creating work on the wheel.
Techniques this class will cover are centering, pulling up walls, and simple shaping.
At the end of class, you will choose and keep your favorite two pieces, which will later be trimmed and glazed for you. (Any additional pieces you would like to keep need to be processed by you outside of class.)
When your pieces are finalized, you will receive an email for pickup.
***Because of the size of the wheel, we suggest students be a minimum of 15 years of age to comfortably throw in this class.
All tools and material provided.
Prices for kids 15-17 years old is $15.
Prices for adults 18+ is $30.
Dress comfortably.
