Age 3 years & an Adult. Ages 2-5 years & an adult. Kidokinetics curriculum includes age-appropriate games and activities across multiple sports to explore balance, hand/eye coordination, sport skills and fun! This high-energy mix of indoor sports includes soccer, basketball, hockey, and volleyball, and uses several progressive drills and games to build new skills and confidence! The coaches will also incorporate unique equipment like beach balls, balloons, and pool noodles to keep everyone on their toes and having fun! Children enjoy playing alongside their adults, providing a perfect opportunity for quality weekend time together! Instructor: Kidokinetics Coaches. 6 classes.
