Grades: K-5th. Have a blast playing over 20 sports and creative activities that foster movement, support gross motor skill development, and build confidence! Each week features a warmup, an introduction to a new sport (ex, kickball, basketball, scoops, badminton, ninja style courses, etc.), an athletic activity, interactive mind challenge, a cool down, and an age-appropriate anatomy and physiology lesson. Experience exceptional athletic enrichment with an emphasis on FUN:
• Fundamental: Introduction to the fundamental skills of a wide variety of sports.
• Understandable: Attention to developmental needs, emphasizing playful, experiential learning.
• Noncompetitive: Focus on movement, playful achievement, and collaboration instead of competition.
