Ages 12 - 17. Join us for an action-packed week of strength, skill, and fun! This 5-day camp, designed for kids aged 12-17, focuses on Olympic-style weightlifting and functional strength training. Each day features 3 hours of guided instruction and hands-on activities led by certified coaches in a safe and supportive environment. Instructors: Lily Weightlifting Staff. Monday - Friday.
