About This Activity
Description
Grades: K-5th. Dancers learn safe and fun warm-ups and dance sequences to contemporary popular songs. You will practice the elements of dance: design, shape, flow, timing and rhythm and make solo, duet, small group and large group dances. Props such as scarves, bean bags, rhythm sticks and a parachute complete the fun. No special shoes are required, but socks that can be removed are a help. Instructor: Christina-Marie Sears. 8 classes. No class 10/16.
