Age 7-10 years without an adult. Inspired by the multi-age dance company this class emphasizes creativity and collaboration in dance, art and poetry. Building on basic dance skills, dancers choreograph movement, elements and poems for at least one performance onsite and another one in the studio. Celebrating the individual and the group, BDDT supports the physical, artistic and emotional growth with a healthy dose of silly in the mix.This class fits children with or without dance experience. Ms. Lesley holds degrees in Children’s Dance and English Literature and is excited to continue her Blue Dragon Dance Theater tradition with your child.
