About This Activity

Description

Ages 3-4 years old without an adult. Dance for the developing child! This joyful class is designed especially for 3- and 4-year-olds and introduces the magical world of ballet through imagination and creative movement. Children explore dance concepts such as direction, level, and rhythm, while building pre-ballet skills like galloping, leaping, balancing, and turning. Purposeful play engages and enchants growing bodies, minds, and hearts. Lisa Dietz, owner of Dance and Grow, LLC, brings a wealth of experience teaching young children. This is an independent class; however, an adult must remain on site, outside the studio, for the duration of class. Instructor: Lisa Dietz. 6 classes. No class 4/25 & 5/23. 100% scholarships pay $10.
Questions can be directed to firststeps@aaps.k12.mi.us.
