Grades: K-2nd. Come bust a move to your favorite songs in this upbeat, high-energy class! Students will build dance skills through stretching, movement activities, and fun choreography games. jumps, leaps, turns, and more will help improve flexibility, balance, strength, and self-confidence. Along the way, dancers will explore key elements of dance—including time, space, and energy—and use their creativity to choreograph and perform their own unique dances. Let's dance and create! Instructor: Dance and Grow staff. 8 classes.
