Grades: K-5th. Give your child the chance to discover new sports, build confidence, and stay active! Each week, students are introduced to a different sport—including basketball, hockey, tennis, volleyball, lacrosse, flag football, and more—through fun, age-appropriate activities.
This supportive, low-pressure program focuses on developing coordination, agility, teamwork, and fundamental athletic skills rather than intense competition. With engaging drills, exciting games, and active challenges, every child has the opportunity to learn, improve, and have fun, regardless of experience level.
Each class includes a warm-up, skill-building instruction, interactive games (sharks and minnows, capture the flag, pin dodgeball, obstacle courses, and more) , and a cool-down to celebrate what students learned that day. Instructor: Kidokinetics staff. 8 classes.
