Grades: Y5-5th. Bonjour, les amis! Join us to learn French the FUN way through conversation, games, songs, and stories. Learn about spring colors, name some butterflies in French and find unusual colors in nature! Explore the parks in France and learn about the most popular French pets; what they look like, what they eat, and what they like to do. In addition, enjoy writing, coloring, and creating your own pet craft project to take home. All class materials are included in the fee. Scholarship recipients pay a $25 materials fee. Instructor: Language Adventure staff. 6 classes.

Focus of each week:
1- Greetings, introductions, colors. Activity: create a French coloring book.
2- Common and unusual colors in nature, focus on flowers and butterflies. Craft: make a butterfly bracelet.
3- All about dogs in the streets and parks of Paris. Describe their body features and how they bark in French!
4- Puppies, kitties and exotic pets! Craft: make an animal puppet
5- Fruits and French breakfast food, what we like/don't like and what dogs and cats like. Craft: make a fruit basket.
6- Review with games, go on a nature-themed French scavenger hunt in the playground.
