Grades 3rd - 5th. Fencing is a physically and mentally demanding sport that improves speed, agility, and reflexes. Join us after school to learn how to apply problem solving skills under pressure and to show respect, regardless of the result. Use your mind and body to overcome your adversary. Equipment is included. Dress in sports clothing including sneakers and sports pants. Instructor: Coach Mitchell Gatrell. 6 classes.
Meet Coach Mitchell
Coach Mitchell is currently a member of Wayne State's varsity fencing team, holds a Moniteur coaching certification through the USFCA and is safe sport certified.
Online registration closes at 12 noon two days before the class begins. To register after online registration has closed (depending on class availability), please call 734-994-2300 ext. 0.
