Description
Your child must be enrolled in Morning Safety Town Session 1: 6/23 - 6/27 #8801.801 to enroll in this activity.The Safety Town After Care program provides after care from 11:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday.
Safety Town After Care Benefits:
- Held at the same location as Safety Town at Wines Elementary
- Pick up as early as 1:00pm and as late as 5:30pm
- Provides your child with a fun-filled educational experience
- Supervised by enthusiastic, experienced, CPR and First Aid certified child care staff
- Gives your child opportunities for structured outdoor play, safety-themed activities and imaginative play
Daily Camp Schedule:8:30am-11:30am Morning Safety Town Session11:30am-12:30pm Lunch (Campers bring their own nut-free lunch)12:30pm-2:00pm Choice Time, Bathroom, Outside2:00pm-3:45pm Storytime, Music & Movement3:45pm-5:30pm Planned Crafts/Activities & Outside and/or Gym
General Information:
- Campers must be potty trained by the start date of camp.
- Will your camper benefit from extra support? Fill out the Special Needs Planning Form.
- **IMPORTANT: Students must be picked up from the Safety Town After Care site each day by 5:30pm. Please be Prompt!**
What to Bring to Safety Town?
- Backpack
- Extra set of clothes - just in case!
- Filled water bottle
- 2 NUT-FREE snacks (one fore morning and one for after care)
- 1 NUT-FREE lunch
- Please apply sunscreen before your child arrives
Scholarship Information:
- Limited scholarships are available for those who qualify financially.
- 100% scholarship recipients pay a $10 co-pay at the time of registration.
- Families with current Rec & Ed scholarships will need to call 734-994-2300 X 0 Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm for registration assistance.
Welcome letters & room assignments will be emailed on June 16th
