About This Activity
Description
Ages 7 - 11. Step into a creative studio where you decide what to explore and create. Presented by Blue Dragon Dance Theater, this camp dives into music, art, dance, and storytelling from around the world—drawing inspiration from traditions across Europe, Asia, the Pacific Islands, and the Americas. Along the way, campers will experiment with movement, visual art, poetry, and performance—but with plenty of freedom to follow their own ideas, interests, and inspirations. Bring the music, stories, and styles you love, and use them to shape original dances, artwork, and writing that are uniquely yours. We’ll wrap up the week by sharing our creations in a final performance for family and friends. Instructor: Lesley Criscenti. Monday - Thursday.
