Age 4-5 years & an Adult. Kidokinetics curriculum includes age-appropriate games and activities across multiple sports to explore balance, hand/eye coordination, sport skills and fun! This indoor themed class will allow your child to explore sports that include targets, like golf, frisbee, bowling, field hockey and soccer. Through a series of drills and engaging activities, your child's skills and confidence will grow!. Unique activities with pool noodles are incorporated as well - a Kidokinetics favorite! Children enjoy playing alongside their adults, providing a perfect opportunity for quality weekend time together! Instructors: Kidokinetics Coaches. 6 classes.
