Also, there is no guaranteed placement for registrations received after 5pm on March 9thStatement of Inclusion for Rec & Ed Youth Sports Rec & Ed is committed to providing safe and inclusive recreational sports opportunities to all youth, regardless of race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Youth may register using a variety of gender terms, including “non-binary,” and are welcome to select whichever sports and leagues they prefer.
The registration period is from February 17th at 10am until March 9th at 5pm.
This soccer program is a team activity designed for anyone currently in Y5/ Kindergarten The emphasis of this program is on participation and enjoyment. EVERYONE GETS TO PLAY! There are no "cuts" or "try-outs". Participants are assigned to teams based on their grade and public school attendance area. (Charter/Parochial/Non District/Private school teams may be formed provided they meet the grade requirements, minimum number of players and registration deadline.) Rosters are strictly limited to 10 players per team and teams play five aside. Practices start the week of April 13th and all games are on Sunday afternoons starting on April 19th after 11am. The season will run for six weeks. We must have at least 40 participants for this league to run.Each team is assigned one practice a week. Practices are held at local parks and elementary schools between the hours of 5:00pm and 7:00pm Monday - Friday. Registration is available until 5:00pm on March 9, 2026. On-line registration is available to registrants who have a current on-line account and will be paying by credit card or credit on account. On-line registration cannot accept payment by gift certificates, scholarships or any other form of discounts.
