Grades: 1st-3rd. An engaging, beginner-friendly class where you can explore the basics of Wushu and Tai Chi through fun, and playful exercises. Build coordination, balance, focus, and confidence while learning basic stances, kicks, jumps, and simple forms in a supportive, inclusive environment. Gentle Tai Chi movements bring a calm, focused finish to each class, helping you relax, breathe, and build mindfulness and body awareness. The class is designed for beginners and is also engaging for returning students, with variations and new challenges offered throughout the session, helping kids to move, grow, and have fun! Instructor: Vincent van Drongelen. 6 classes.
