Grades: 10th - Adult. Level 1 - 3. Soothe tension throughout your body and develop a healthy spine using classic yoga postures and techniques. Increase your flexibility in restricted muscles and joints that inhibit the use of the spine and strengthen muscles that support the back. NOTE: Each class session will also have a Zoom option available, in case you need to participate from home. Please have your own mat, blanket, and water bottle to enjoy this class. Instructor: Carl Gunderson, CYI. over 10 years experience. 7 classes. No class 7/5 and 7/19. (8/23/24 reserved for makeup).

To participate in the online/virtual format you will need access to the internet via a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Your device will need a built in camera/microphone or a webcam if you'd like to communicate directly with the instructor.
