Students will be learning a variety of exercises to promote: abdominal conditioning, flexibility, balance, coordination, speed, timing, endurance and complete body control. Will also be learning self - defense strategies, as well as martial arts techniques. All taught in a friendly, safe, fun and positive atmosphere focusing on improving self discipline and listening. Classes held Wednesday. Please pack a nut free snack.
