About This Activity
Description
Manta Ray is for participants who have successfully completed the Goldfish class or are able to tread for 1 minute and swim 25 yards unsupported. Classes are typically held in deep water. Stroke improvement skills: front and back crawl refinement with open turns, breaststroke, butterfly, sidestroke, underwater swimming, treading, introduction to diving and survival swimming.
Fall Swim Lesson registration will begin on July 1st. Classes held at Antelope Aquatic Complex.
