Description
Antioch Youth Sports Summer Camp is a fun filled program designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of a wide variety of sports while learning about teamwork, health and wellness. Each week will consist of fun drills and games designed to introduce campers to basketball, baseball/softball, soccer, volleyball, track and field in addition to themed activities that are refreshed weekly. Each week also features two visits to the Antioch Water Park for swimming and water play.Ultimate Wipeout Camp: Experience the thrill of adrenaline-pumping challenges! From fun team building games to daring obstacle courses , this camp promises non-stop excitement. Get ready to conquer the ultimate wipeout adventure with new and old friends under the sun!
This week of camp will feature a special in-person presentation from savenature.org and their discovery lab team. Campers will learn about various species of insects and get to see them up close and personal.
Additional Information:Each camper will receive a free camp t-shirt. Each camper should bring two snacks, a bag lunch, bottled water and wear comfortable shoes daily. On swim days campers need a swimsuit, sunscreen and towel. Each camper will participate in a swim test, campers that do not pass will be required to wear a life jacket. Additionally, life jackets will be available for all campers. A parent or guardian is required to sign their camper in/out daily with a photo ID.
Please bring a snack, bag lunch and a bottled water to camp daily. You will also need to wear a swimsuit, bring sunscreen and a towel on swim days.
