About This Activity
Description
Ancient Chinese slow flowing movements with deep breathing designed to reduce stress, relieve pain, improve memory and balance while generating positive energy for overall well-being. No experience needed. (12-15 yrs. welcome with parent)
Customer requested refunds or transfers will be approved only if initiated NO LATER THAN 5 business days prior to the first day of class. No refunds issued after class has started. All refunds are subject to a $7 service charge per activity unless class/activity is cancelled by the City of Antioch Recreation Department. Refunds take up to 3-6 weeks to receive in the mail. No refunds for non-attendance, one day workshops/classes or materials fees.
Cancellations The City has the right to cancel classes when enrollments have not reached their minimum. Please register early and help us to prevent class cancellations. Fee for Late Pick-up Parents agree to pick up their children by or before the scheduled release time. A late fee of $5 per 5-minute interval PER CHILD will be charged. Late fees are payable to the City of Antioch.
