This mindful art class helps kids build confidence, focus, and relaxation skills through creative expression and movement. Children will explore mindfulness activities, breathing techniques, and gentle body awareness to calm the mind and connect to their bodies. Through watercolor painting, drawing, and mandala coloring, kids will learn to express themselves in a supportive environment!
