Ages 12-19. Bring your sibling, cousin, or best friend and experience the excitement of aerial yoga like never before! These classes are designed just for tweens and teens who are ready to soar, stretch, and challenge themselves in the silks. From mastering cool tricks to creating Instagram-worthy poses, you'll work together to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Parents get a front-row seat on the sidelines, (parents must leave the studio or occupy the side benches) so this is your chance to take the spotlight with your crew. Whether you're new to aerial yoga or already a pro, our themed classes are all about fun, movement and creativity. No experience is necessary - just bring your sense of adventure and a friend to share the laughs! LaRue Thomas instructs.
