About This Activity
Description
The league is designed to introduce participants to the game of volleyball. This is an athletic league where your child will practice and play with the same team for approximately three months. If your family cannot commit to attending practices and games twice a week, we encourage you to explore other recreational offerings from our department. Good sportsmanship and basic fundamentals are stressed by all coaches. An atmosphere of fun and learning is the objective of this program. League is for females, ages 10-12 (age on June 30). Practices are held on weeknights with games played on Saturdays. There will be a player assessment on March 11 for all players not returning to their team from last spring.
