- Bring a re-useable water bottle full of water.
Sign-In/Sign-Out Procedures:
- Upon dismissal from school, children will be instructed by afternoon announcements to meet the instructor(s) near the cafeteria entrance. Children in After-Care should report to after-care first, then get signed out by our instructor. Once all children in our class have arrived at the cafeteria entrance, the instructor(s) will escort all children to the meeting room.
- At the end of our After-School class, parents shall pickup their children from the school front lobby/entrance.
- Children who are enrolled in after-care, who are not signed out by their parents from the school front lobby, will be returned to after-care at the school cafeteria.
- Please be prompt when picking up your child. Late fees will be assessed at $5.00 for the first fifteen minutes late - and $1.00 for each additional minute late.
Special Accommodations:
If your child has any medical concerns or special needs that staff need to be aware of, please email the program manager, Robert Bouknight, as soon as possible. Additionally, if he/she may require medication, including Epi-Pen or inhalers during class hours, a Medication Form must be completed prior to the start of class. if needed. – PLEASE CONTACT: Robert Bouknight at contact@medicalmemd.com
