About This Activity
Back Handspring (BHS) Class with Coach Mikey Athletes must have a strong round-off and basic skills, such as handstands, cartwheels and bridges. We will focus on standing back handsprings while continuing to strengthen round-offs with emphasis on good technique and confidence in skills. Coach recommendation required. Session dates: March 11 – June 7 Make-up week: June 10-14 No classes will be held: March 25-29 or May 27; we offer 12 weeks of tumbling (11 weeks on Mondays due to the holiday) Class size is limited to an 8:1 ratio. Registrations are accepted on a first-come basis and enrollment is not complete until payment is received. A minimum of 3 athletes is required for the class to be held. Once a class is full, you may choose the “waitlist” button and you will be notified if a spot in that class becomes available. All registrations are considered non-refundable. There is a $25 transfer fee to switch classes once enrolled. All athletes must have a valid Annual Membership Fee on file while enrolled in class.
